Cal Poly at the Global Produce and Floral Show
The Agribusiness and Agricultural Education and Communication Departments traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for the Global Produce and Floral Show hosted by the International Fresh Produce Association. Students participated in the Pack Family Career Pathways program which included mentorship, programming by the produce and floral industries. “It is a good opportunity for students to see a different part of agriculture, make industry connections and get acclimated into the industry,” said Professor James Bingaman.
