We’re excited for our annual CAFES Holiday Open House on Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Swanson Center of Effort Conference Hall, and hope you’ll join in the fun! Family and loved ones are welcome to attend; childcare will be available.

Please use this form to upload a childhood photo of you celebrating the holidays, enjoying a winter vacation, or sharing a festive moment with family.
